Bowery Diner
2011
Bowery Diner is an homage to both classic American eateries and French brasseries. The 130-seat, 2700 sf space looks the diner part- with turquoise panels, abundant stainless steel, and a classic counter-and-stool setup. Restauranteur Palombino's menu is nostalgic, consisting of contemporary eats and French-y fare. Comfort heavy, design light themes serve the adjacent New Museum creative community.
