A ground up hospitality high rise with over 105,000 sf of hotel, restaurant and bank tenant space, CQ Grand Central hotel is a combined boutique and club business model. Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, across from train terminal, the hotel offers full-service accommodations in a club-like atmosphere for nightly stays and corporate apartments. Four guest room types are spread out over 302 keys in a 27 floor stack including public area lounges, conference rooms, catered meeting spaces, a terrace and work lounges. Guest rooms economize space in order to achieve low cost rates in dense city centers. The design and construction of GC hotel maximizes footprint while blending facade patterns with local vernacular including Beaux Arts flourishes with Mid Century Modern interiors to the Club Quarters aesthetic.
